Another Academy kit of the Thunderbolt, but the earlier razorback version.
This
one is finished in the SnJ natural metal finish. I love this stuff as it
is easy to
apply and makes the best looking metal finish. One thing you got to be
sure of is
that your surface finish has to be PERFECT as this stuff shows any
imperfection.
The Academy kit is perfect for this as the fit is really good and a
minimum of filler
is necessary even at the wing root. Just a little CA was used on all these
Academy kits. Again the Aeromaster decals (same sheet as the other T-bolt)
were used with just seatbelt hardware.
